Identity One’s FIPSlink Access has been tested & certified with OnGuard, bringing official support for OnGuard versions 8.2, 8.1 & 8.0.  FIPSlink brings another option to FICAM & TWIC customers using the OnGuard platform.  OnGuard customers can leverage FIPSlink for multiple use cases with FIPS 201 credentials (CAC/PIV/TWIC) including:

• Credential Registration
  FIPSlink can register FIPS 201 Credentials directly into OnGuard or link an existing commercial badge with a FIPS 201 Credential for use in non-secure areas.
• Credential Validation
  FIPSlink Access can synchronize credentials captured within OnGuard to supported handheld readers for mobile credential validation
• Handheld Access Check & Control
  FIPSlink Access can act as a mobile Reader within an OnGuard system to allow credential validation & access check & door control via supported handheld readers.
• Support for contactless Biometrics
  FIPSlink Access brings support for multiple biometric readers, including contact fingerprint using IDEMIA MorphoAccess Sigma series or Veridt Stealth Bio readers, contactless fingerprint using IDEMIA MorphoWave, and contactless face biometrics using IDEMIA VisionPass series or Veridt Bio Q reader.
• Self-service kiosk
  Eliminate bottle necks in visitor registration & check-in workflows by utilizing FIPSlink Visitor on supported kiosk platforms.
• Temporary PIV issuance for employees & contractors
  FIPSlink supports issuance of FICAM compliant Temporary PIV credentials that can be used for both employees and contractors including full personalization and printing options.
