FIPSlink Handheld Access Control for PIV and Desfire Factory Acceptance Test

The Identity One team, in partnership with IDENTIV and an unnamed US government department recently completed a Factory Acceptance Test for FIPSlink Handheld Access Control of PIV an Desfire cards. The solution synchronizes all personnel, credential, access schedules, doors and door groups rights from Velocity to FIPSlink handhelds for an offline identification and access control solution. The access control solution ensures that high value and high risk US government assets are protected and secured while providing improved throughput of authorized staff and contractors.
