FIPSlink TWIC Validator operating on Mobile reader CredenceID Credence ECO is an Android based solution for three-factor authentication, verifying the authenticity of the TWIC card, biometrically authenticating the person and verifying the TWIC is valid and not found on the Cancelled Card List (CCL).  The results of Validation are logged to the device for review or export at a later time. The logs are stored in a format accepted by the US Coast Guard.
